FWCC thrives on the power of our community. We need you to continue providing dignified access to clothing, food, hygiene items, and essential support for individuals and families in North Texas. What do volunteers help FWCC do?
- Support our Cowtown Closet thrift store through sorting, restocking, and maintaining the storefront.

Prepare emergency bags for partner agencies, schools, and service providers.
- Help with special events like our Back to School Bash and community outreach efforts.
- Assist FWCC in organizing & distributing essential resources to the community through our Feed Fort Worth ISD program and other projects.
- Organize their fellow community members for clothing, food, and other essential resource drives.

Once you create an account, search for “Fort Worth Community Collaborative” or use this link to find our profile.
- Scroll through the upcoming opportunities and select the event you want to volunteer at.
- Press the orange “Go” button, select shift(s) that work for you, and press “Next.”
- Confirm your shift(s) and you’re ready to go! If you are a new volunteer, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete onboarding paperwork.
Group Volunteering
Looking for a volunteer opportunity for your corporate group, school, nonprofit – or even a girls night out giving back? We want to collaborate with you! Fill out our interest form here and we will be in touch. Volunteers will help support our regular programming through sorting, restocking the store, preparing emergency bags, and more.
