FWCC MVP's Wishlist

FWCC is ran solely off of volunteers?
While that’s likely to change in 2026,

the truth is every single human behind FWCC is just a volunteer!

Here’s 6 ladies that have put sweat equity into making this grassroots org what it is + we think they deserve a little treat this season!

Dorie- Executive Director who’s put in an impressive 2,992 hours into this dream in 2025! She’s the heartbeat of FWCC and she wakes up every day excited to do her job!

Kiama- Program Director who’s put hadn’t even heard of FWCC before Dorie met her at a rally in July! She’s clocked in a serious 776 hours already and continues to progress the org with new life!

Sonja- Donation coordinator who also helps in just about every other aspect of the org has put in 176 hours of volunteering mostly hour by hour as she tirelessly empties our donation bins and makes life easier on the directors! She’s an absolute gift to FWCC.

Kacie- Kacie found us in late fall and has already given 65 hours of her time to FWCC. You’ll find her tinkering on our website or helping us close down events with a smile on her face! 

Marielys- The longest serving volunteer at FWCC, she’s put in 62 hours and has taken over as lead store coordinator and really takes pride in Cowtown Closet- our storefront. She’s the reason is looks as beautiful as it does today.

Kelly- She found us by donating rocks for our B2S bash and the rest is history. She’s giving 107 hours of making emergency bags- our most impactful program at FWCC
