FWCC is launching the Perfect Fit Project, a collaborative initiative with Wildflower Intimates to provide women in our community with access to properly fitted bras—a fundamental but often overlooked need that directly impacts comfort, confidence, and daily functioning. Beginning early next year, Wildflower Intimates will host a professional bra-fitting experience where each participant receives personalized sizing support and goes home with a high-quality bra that fits them perfectly.
While the event will be open to the public, we will also offer a fitting for 30 women identified by our partnering organizations who face financial barriers and would otherwise go without this essential item. These spots need sponsorships of $30 for their ticket.
This model ensures both sustainability and equity: community supporters help fund access for neighbors who need it most.
This initiative addresses a widespread but under-recognized gap. Many women rely on ill-fitting or worn-out undergarments due to cost constraints, contributing to physical discomfort, poor posture, and diminished self-confidence. By providing a dignified, supportive fitting experience—rather than a hand-out—we are affirming each woman’s worth, increasing comfort, and strengthening overall wellbeing. The Perfect Fit Project aligns with FWCC’s mission to meet practical needs with dignity, reduce economic barriers, and create programs that restore confidence and promote self-sufficiency.
